ACCOUNTING

Yearly tuition is divided by the ten months school is in session. The monthly amount is due on the 1st of each month. A $35 late fee is assessed to the account if tuition is not received by the 5th, no exceptions. If a holiday falls on the first, then payments can be made before the first to avoid late fees.

All matriculation fees must be received during registration. This includes monthly tuition, book, activities, standardized test and registration fees. Fees may be paid by cash, personal or business check, or money order.

Tuition discounts are available for families with multiple children enrolled at the same time. See front office for details.

Financial Policy

Firm Foundation Early Learning Academy is a nonprofit, independent, Christian school, which does not receive any federal, state, or local government assistance. Prompt payment of tuition and other fees are vital to the operation of our school. A parent/guardian’s account is a binding financial obligation. Enrollment at Firm Foundation Early Learning Academy is a privilege; therefore, delinquent accounts may constitute a student being asked to withdraw school until the account is paid in full.

Transcripts, standardized test scores or any other permanent record information will be withheld until the financial obligations are showing as paid in full.

Accounts must be paid in full before a student can graduate, promoted or be considered for re-enrollment for the next school year.

PAYMENTS

Payments should be brought by the school during office hours and given to the director or designated staff member. You will receive a receipt for your records. For your convenience, payments can also be made on the school’s website Click Here. Please add an additional 2.75% convenience fee. Other acceptable forms of payment are cash, credit/debit cards and checks.
